Q: What services do you provide?
A: One to One personal training, group training, pairs training, nutritional advice and guidance, sport specific training, military preparation and military training.
Q: Where can I train?
A: At home, any outdoor suitable space including the park, countryside and the beach. In a private studio gym on Marsh Barton or Riverside Leisure Centre but you will have to be a member of the leisure centre.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: The cost of the training is based around each individual and their requirements. For a full list of pricing drop me a line or give me a call .
Q: Is there a age limit?
A: Anyone aged over 18 is eligible to be trained. Over 16s will require written consent from their parent or guardian. Under special circumstances under 16s may be able to be trained give me a call to arrange an appointment.
Q: Im injured can I still train?
A: Every client completes a full medical and background questionaire to establish any current or previous injuries. Each case is dealt with on an indivdual basis, more often than not injuries can be worked around and strengthened.
Q: I have a heart condition, can I still train?
A: With a doctors consent (which we will establish if it is required on the consultation ) I can take on recovering patients of any heart or respiratory disease; every client is taken on their merits.
Q: What hours can I train?
A: Anytime during the day from 0630 to 2100 Mon to Fri, weekends can be arranged on request.
Q: I live out of Exeter can I still be trained?A: Yes, call to arrange a appointment.

A: Yes, completely. You are under no obligation to commit to any training, it's simply a case of getting to know one another and to see if my style of training can benefit you.
