The concept of frontline personal training is to take the high values and the hard work ethos that the military installs and bring the same professionalism and work ethics to personal training whilst keeping the sense of humour and enjoyment in training that the military is also famous for.

Spean bridge on Dartmoor, the finish of the 30 miler. Welcoming a colleague over the line and into The Commando Brotherhood, after helping prepare him and his troop for the All Arms Commando Course held at Lympstone.
I know how to bring out the best in people. I have spent 6 years in the Army and have been actively involved in preparing and training troops for Commando Training to enable them to fight on the Frontline with Marines and other Commando Soldiers.
I have now brought this discipline and hard work across to civilian life and I am very keen to train, support and encourage my clients to reach their health and fitness goals.
I currently train people in Exeter and Mid and East Devon as well as personal contact I also offer advice and will correspond via email and phone. This helps me stay in touch with my clients so to constantly offer encouragement and support to achieve their goals.

I have a strong background in many sports which has enabled me to understand what components are required to achieve results. I can improve your fitness in your chosen sport whether you are aiming to improve your paddling for surfing or increase your reactions for rugby -we can do it !
I believe that diet and nutrition are a massive factor in weight loss but that it's not just what you eat that affects your body. I'm not a believer in any one particular 'diet'. But experience has shown that it is education that can really have an effect on someone's weight, health and life.
