My History
I've always been active, I grew up with sport being a big part of my life. I played county tennis, county rugby and ran cross country for the South West.
Once in the Military I maintained this high level of dedication and ran for the Army as a junior, winning team events and divisional races. I expanded my programme to incorporate cycling and swimming, learning the importance of periodization and rest as a key factor in aerobic training. In recent times I have moved into weight training to improve my power and muscle endurance for Surfing in the south west and all over the world. I believe training should always uphold my core values, fun, functional and challenging.
My background in training and competing is a big part to why my training systems are successful. I have high standards in everything I do and always strive for the best possible results. As a Personal trainer and nutritional adviser I can pass on my attitude and skills so everyone can get the results and outcome they desire.
